To use, get a spray bottle with water inside and simply spray the water evenly covering the part of the pallet where the sheet will be placed to adhere it to the pallet while printing. Then send the pallet to print the nozzle check.
This product is easily cleanable with a paper towel or rag and water. If the ink has been on the sheet for a while try using a mild cleaner like Windex instead of water.
Most print shops use a transparency per bridge to print their nozzle check on at a minimum of twice a day. Transparencies cost depending on the source between $0.70 -$1.20 each, plus tax and shipping of each order. When figuring this consumption rate, shops are spending between $2.10-$2.40 per bridge per machine per day. This can come out to be between $546-$936 per bridge plus shipping and taxes a year in transparencies per machine. This product pays for itself in about 16 days and saves you about $512.36 per bridge, a year. This further compounds if you have a large fleet.
